Mr Yong used two printers with different printing rates for a printing job. He started Printer V at 15 01 and started Printer W three minutes later. He stopped both copiers at 15 06. The graphs show the total number of pages printed by each printer from the start of printing.

= 140

Difference in the number of pages printed by the two copiers from 15 01 to 15 06
= 240 - 140
= 100

Printing rate of Printer V
= 240 ÷ 5
= 48

Printing rate of Printer W
= 140 ÷ 2
= 70 (Faster)

Difference in the number of pages printed by the copiers in one minute
= 70 - 48
= 22
