To find the greatest increase, look for the steepest increase in the line graph.

To prove:
Increase in height from June (6) to July (7) = 21 - 13 = 8 cm
Increase in height from July (7) to August (8) = 24 - 21 = 3 cm
Increase in height from August (8) to September (9) = 31 - 24 = 7 cm
Increase in height from September (9) to October (10) = 42 - 31 = 11 cm

Period which the plant grew the least = July (7) to August (8)
