To find the greatest increase, look for the steepest increase in the line graph.

To prove:
Increase in height from January (1) to February (2) = 22 - 14 = 8 cm
Increase in height from February (2) to March (3) = 22 - 22 = 0 cm
Increase in height from March (3) to April (4) = 34 - 22 = 12 cm
Increase in height from April (4) to May (5) = 46 - 34 = 12 cm

Period which the plant grew the least = February (2) to March (3)
