2. Neave and Brandon were paid based on the number of days they worked. Neave worked 2 times as many days as Brandon. Neave was paid $15 more than Brandon per day. How many days did Neave work?

Amount that Brandon was paid = 1 u
Amount that Neave was paid = 1 u + 980

Total amount paid
= 1 u + 1 u + 980
= 2 u + 980

2 u + 980 = 2760
2 u = 2760 - 980
2 u = 1780

1 u = 1780 ÷ 2 = 890

Amount that Brandon was paid
= 1 u
= $890

Amount that Neave was paid
= 1 u + 980
= 890 + 980
= $1870

Neave worked 2 times as many days as Brandon.

2 sets of Neave's salary = $1870

1 set of Neave's salary
= 1870 ÷ 2
= $935

1 set of Brandon's salary = $890

Difference between each set of Neave's and Brandon's salaries
= 935 - 890
= $45

Number of days in 1 set
= 45 ÷ 15
