Abi wanted to buy a sweater. She saw a white sweater on sale at 25% discount and a silver sweater at 35% discount. Both sweaters had the same original price before the discounts. To buy the white sweater, Abi would need $8.40 more that what she had. So Abi bought the silver sweater. After that, she had $5 left.
