Let the cost of 1 kiwi be 1 K.
Let the cost of 1 pomegranate be 1 P.

5 K = 4 P _(x2)
10 K = 8 P

Since Mr Ong wants to buy pomegranates with the money he had left, 10 kiwis will be substituted as 8 pomegranates.

⁷₁₀ of his money
= 10 K + 12 P
= 8 P + 12 P
= 20 P

⁷₁₀ of his money → 20 P
¹₁₀ of his money → ²⁰₇ P
³₁₀ of his money → 3 x ²⁰₇ P = 8⁴₇ P
