Ivory baked a total of 33 large and small cakes in the ratio of 8 : 3. She decorated each cake with some strawberries in the ratio of 7 : 2. She used a total of 300 strawberries to decorate all the small cakes and 6 large cakes.

Fraction of the cakes that were large ones = ⁸_{8 + 3} = ⁸₁₁

Number of large cakes
= ⁸₁₁ x 33
= 24

Number of small cakes
= 33 - 24
= 9

= 60 u

60 u = 300

= 7 u
= 7 x 5
= 35

Number of remaining large cakes that were decorated yet
= 24 - 6
= 18
