15 filled with water at first. Zane poured some water into the container. In the end, the height of the water level in the container was 15 cm as shown.

- Zane then poured all the water in the container into several identical flasks. Given that each flask can hold at least 1.5 ℓ of water, what is the least number of flasks he would need?
