Volume of water in the tank at first
= ¹₇ x 80 x 65 x 35
= 26000 cm³

Volume of water in the tank in the end
= ³₄ x 80 x 65 x 35
= 136500 cm³

Volume of water added into the tank by the tap
= 136500 - 26000
= 110500 cm³

1000 mℓ = 1 ℓ
110500 mℓ = 110500 ÷ 1000 = 110.5 ℓ

From 3.36 p.m. to 3.53 p.m.: 17 min

Volume of water that flowed out of the tap in a minute
= 110.5 ÷ 17
= 6.5 ℓ
