Volume of water in the tank at first
= ¹₆ x 50 x 45 x 33
= 12375 cm³

Volume of water in the tank in the end
= ⁷₁₀ x 50 x 45 x 33
= 51975 cm³

Volume of water added into the tank by the tap
= 51975 - 12375
= 39600 cm³

1000 mℓ = 1 ℓ
39600 mℓ = 39600 ÷ 1000 = 39.6 ℓ

From 1.31 p.m. to 1.43 p.m.: 12 min

Volume of water that flowed out of the tap in a minute
= 39.6 ÷ 12
