Volume of water in the container at first
= ¹₆ x 45 x 25 x 30
= 5625 cm³

Volume of water in the container in the end
= ⁷₁₀ x 45 x 25 x 30
= 23625 cm³

Volume of water added into the container by the tap
= 23625 - 5625
= 18000 cm³

1000 mℓ = 1 ℓ
18000 mℓ = 18000 ÷ 1000 = 18 ℓ

From 1.33 p.m. to 1.53 p.m.: 20 min

Volume of water that flowed out of the tap in a minute
= 18 ÷ 20
= 0.9 ℓ
