Volume of water in the tank at first
= ¹₁₀ x 70 x 50 x 34
= 11900 cm³

Volume of water in the tank in the end
= ⁴₅ x 70 x 50 x 34
= 95200 cm³

Volume of water added into the tank by the tap
= 95200 - 11900
= 83300 cm³

1000 mℓ = 1 ℓ
83300 mℓ = 83300 ÷ 1000 = 83.3 ℓ

From 10.24 p.m. to 10.41 p.m.: 17 min

Volume of water that flowed out of the tap in a minute
= 83.3 ÷ 17
