Percentage of folders in Box S

Fraction of stationery in Box T that is folders

40% of stationery in Box S = 320
1% of stationery in Box S = 320 ÷ 40 = 8 
100% of the stationery in Box S = 100 x 8 = 800

Number of stationery in Box T
= 800 ÷ 2
= 400

100% of stationery in Box T = 400
1% of stationery in Box S = 400 ÷ 100 = 4
20% of stationery in Box S = 20 x 4 = 80  

Number of folders in Box T = 80
