45% of stationery in Box L = 360
1% of stationery in Box L = 360 ÷ 45 = 8 
100% of the stationery in Box L = 100 x 8 = 800

Number of stationery in Box M
= 800 ÷ 2
= 400

100% of stationery in Box M = 400
1% of stationery in Box L = 400 ÷ 100 = 4
30% of stationery in Box L = 30 x 4 = 120  

Number of files in Box M = 120
