A company offered 80 deep fryers at 30% discount during a 7-day sale. The line graph shows the number of deep fryers left unsold at the end of each day.

1. On which day was the most number of deep fryers sold? Give your answer in this format. (Eg Day 1)
2. What percentage of the 80 deep fryers were sold in the first four days of the sale?
3. During the sale, the discounted price of the deep fryers was $49. After the sale, the remaining deep fryers were sold without discount. What was the total amount of money collected from selling all 80 deep fryers?

Number of deep fryers that were sold for the first four days
= 80 - 32
= 48

Percentage of deep fryers that were sold for the first four days

= 60%

Number of deep fryers that were left at the end of the sale = 8

Number of deep fryers that were sold during the sale
= 80 - 8
= 72

Total amount that collected from the deep fryers sold
= 72 x 49
= $3528

Price of each deep fryer after 30% discount 
= 100% - 30%
= 70%

70% of the price = 49
1% of the price = 49 ÷ 70 = 0.7
100% of the price = 100 x 0.7 = 70

Amount collected from selling the remaining deep fryers
= 8 x 70
= $560

Total amount collected from selling all the 80 deep fryers
= 3528 + 560
= $4088
