Yen bought some candy canes and gave half of it to Sam. Sam bought some jelly beans and gave half of it to Yen. Yen ate 2 jelly beans and Sam ate 35 candy canes. The ratio of Yen's jelly beans to candy canes became 1 : 5 and the ratio of Sam's jelly beans to candy canes became 1 : 2. How many candy canes did Yen buy?

Make p the same.
