Richelle cut 460 cm of a ribbon into 3 pieces. The 1st piece was 3 times as long as the 2nd piece. The 3rd piece was 120 cm long. How long was the 2nd piece?

Yoko had two streamers of the same length. She cut the first streamer into equal parts of length 90 cm and to each part she tied 4 blue heart cutouts. After that, she cut the second streamer into equal parts of length 120 cm and to each part she tied 7 red heart cutouts. When she finished tying, she counted that there were 80 more red heart cutouts than blue heart cutouts. How many heart cutouts were there altogether?
