After covering 25 of its journey, it passed a van which was travelling at an average speed of 70 km/h. 5 hours later, the car reached its destination, but the van was still 28 km from Town Y. If the car had also started from Town X, how long would it take to travel from Town X to Town Y? Express the answer in mixed number.
